Requests after 30 days cannot be processed.


3. When Refunds or Replacements Cannot Be Approved

To protect digital software integrity and prevent abuse, requests will be denied if:

Activated keys are permanently associated with your device or Microsoft account and become non-returnable.

3.2 — The customer refuses troubleshooting or verification

We must confirm whether the issue is technical or compatibility-related.

3.3 — The request is submitted after the 30-day window

3.4 — The issue is due to software incompatibility

Example: purchasing a Windows license for an unsupported system. Compatibility is the customer’s responsibility.
